Effective: August 8, 2018:

Resolution 2018-1 supersedes prior resolutions with regard to parking.  Please download and read the new policy.  As previously:

  • All Talltree South Condominium resident vehicles must be registered with the site management office by completing a parking registration form and providing a copy of the resident's automomobile registration with the State of Virginia.
  • Parking permits will not be distributed to residents with vehicles with out-of-state or foreign license plates unless the resident can deonstrate that he or she is exempt from registering the vehicle under Virginia law (e.g., active duty military, college student, etc.)
  • Vehicles without valid parking permits, temporary permits, or visitor permits parked overnight may be towed.
  • Failure to pay assessments may result in the suspension of parking privileges.

Important changes include:

  • The length of time a visitor's pass can be used has been shortened. All visitor permits are valid for a maximum of 48 hours.
  • If a unit resident has a vistior for a period longer than 48 hours, they may see the management office for a temporary parking permit.
  • Vehicles parked beyond the expiration date of a temporary permit may be towed.

Balconies and patios are “limited common elements”. “Limited common elements” are structurally part of the common building, but are used by only an individual unit owner. It is your responsibility to maintain them in a neat and clean condition. You may not store indoor furniture, bicycles, or other inappropriate items on balconies.
