The party we held at the MapleTree Pool on June 26 was a great success. We all had lots of sun and varied flavors of ice cream with chocolate sauce, and the temperature was pleasant.
Sodas and chips and beach balls were donated by Cox Cable, ice cream toppings donated by Continental Pools, and noodle floats and decorations by the MapleTree Pool Association.
Kathy Delany, Barbara Eisman, Mindy Culver, and Dorothy Firsching bought the ice cream, decorated the pool area, and pulled the event off. Kathy’s daughter Cassidy and other volunteers helped scoop. Ashley Pardo of Maplewood agreed to join the pool committee on behalf of Maplewood.
