IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: ANNUAL MEETING 11/13/2024

The Annual Meeting for the Talltree South Unit Owners Association will be held Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 6:30 pm in the Talltree Gardens party room.

Our current 5 officers are trying to get the word out that all owners should drop off their signed proxy before the meeting at the Talltree South Site Office, or plan to attend the meeting in person!

It is extremely important that we achieve a quorum to elect the board of directors, from which the board will elect its officers. Last year, for the first time, a quorum was not met.

Remember, decisions that affect YOU are made by this board of volunteers -- for example, setting the budget that covers planned expenditures and determines your condo fee. If you want to know what is going on, please come out.  If you feel that you are qualified and able to contribute in managing your most valuable asset, your property, please consider running for the board.

Please check back for additional details or changes to this notice. See you there!

Keys

The Bylaws require that each owner supply the Association with a working set of keys for emergency access and to perform other necessary duties. The keys are not a lock-out service, however, if you have provided the office with a key, the on-site manager can give you access to your unit during office hours. If your front and rear doors are keyed differently, you may want to provide both keys to the office in case an emergency blocks one door.

Mailbox keys are solely the responsibility of the Unit Owner. Neither the Association nor the Postal Service has a key for your individual mailbox. If your key is lost, the safest recourse is to replace the mailbox lock using the services of a locksmith.
