Talltree South is a condominium association of garden condos located just inside the Beltway in Annandale, Virginia, convenient to everywhere.  The condos range from one to three bedrooms, some with a den.  We share open space and a swimming pool.  The Talltree South office at 4903 Americana Drive #T5 is open for your convenience. Talltree South is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the unit owners. The Board hires the management company, who employs the on-site property manager and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Association. The management company is Cardinal Management Group. Whether you rent or own, it is your responsibility to understand and follow the rules and regulations of the association. If you are able to help, we would appreciate it.
