On-time Payment

The Association is not a landlord. This property is operated using condo fees paid by all owners. It is therefore extremely important for all fees to be paid on time. Direct debit arrangements may be made with the Managing Agent (Cardinal) by calling their offices.

Balconies and Patios

Balconies and patios are “limited common elements”. “Limited common elements” are structurally part of the common building, but are used by only an individual unit owner. It is your responsibility to maintain them in a neat and clean condition. You may not store indoor furniture, bicycles, or other inappropriate items on balconies. Outdoor furnishings such as patio tables and chairs are permitted.
