Pest Control

It is the owner’s responsibility to make sure that the unit is maintained in a clean and habitable condition. Pest extermination for roaches, silverfish, etc., is provided by the Association. To schedule extermination, contact the site office. Pest Control is provided to you by the Association at no charge to you.  You must, however, schedule the service through the Association office.  The success of the extermination requires the following:

  • All items must be removed from the kitchen cabinets.
  • All furniture must be pulled from the wall, just enough to spray behind it.
  • It is suggested that you remove your pets from the unit during the extermination process.  Fish tanks should be covered.
  • If you have a cabinet underneath your basin in the bathroom, please remove all items from the cabinet in order that the cabinet may be properly sprayed.

Pest extermination for bedbugs is the responsibility of the unit owner as it involves the personal possessions of the resident. All infestations must be reported to the site office immediately.

 

Move In / Move Out Procedures

Unit owners must schedule their moves (or those of their tenants) with the on-site Management Office at least 5 business days prior to the date of the move-in. A $100 move-in fee is charged. In addition, should the move cause damage to the common elements, the owner of the unit is responsible for the damages and cost of repair.
