Resolution 2010-3: Enforcement Procedures for Collection of Assessments and Delinquencies

Effective: January 1,2011

Resolution 2010-3 updates Talltree South enforcement procedures relative to the routine collection of assessments and delinquencies, to implement changes made in the recent amendment to the Bylaws.  Implements a late fee of $40.00 if assessments are not paid by the 10th day of the month.

This resolution supersedes Resolutions 2009-2, 2008-4, 2004-1, and all prior assessment collection resolutions).

Storage Rooms

Each condo unit is assigned a storage bin in a storage room.  Keys to the storage room also unlock the laundry room in your building.  These keys may not be duplicated.  They should be provided to you by the prior owner.  Keys to the storage bin itself are provided by the individual owner.

If lost, the entire building must be rekeyed and new keys issued. There will be a charge made to the unit owner losing the key.
