Talltree South is a condominium association of garden condos located just inside the Beltway in Annandale, Virginia, convenient to everywhere. The condos range from one to three bedrooms, some with a den. We share open space and a swimming pool. The Talltree South office at 4903 Americana Drive #T5 is open for your convenience. Talltree South is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the unit owners. The Board hires the management company, who employs the on-site property manager and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Association. The management company is Cardinal Management Group. The Cardinal Management Group business office is open from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. It can be reached at (703) 569-5797.
Whether you rent or own, it is your responsibility to understand and follow the rules and regulations of the association. If you are able to help, we would appreciate it.
